    FMCNA is a drug and alcohol-free workplace and requires all new hires and rehires to submit to a pre-employment drug screen. New hires and rehires must begin employment within 30 days of receiving a favorable drug test result or will be required to resubmit to the drug test.  Unsatisfactory results on a pre-employment drug screen can result in a withdrawal of an offer of employment.
